Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns however, if your product is the wrong one, arrives damaged or is lost during the shipping process, please get in touch with us and we would be more than happy to arrange for a replacement.

We strive to get each item to you as soon as we can. In rare instances, on multiple item orders, we might send items separately as some frames might have longer production times. Don't worry, everything is trackable and you will get your items!

We always do our best to package your items as securely as possible however, accidents can happen in transit.
